Value Lists
The available options for all fields are centrally managed in Settings → Value Lists. There are two list types:
| List Type | Fields | Behavior |
|---|---|---|
| Public Only | Language, Status, Classification | Maintained exclusively by the admin. Only existing values can be selected — saving checks whether the value exists. |
| Public + Private | Audience, Tag, Category | Admin maintains the public (○) values. Users can add their own private (●) values. |
All fields are dropdowns — free text is not possible. Categories, languages, status, and classifications must always be selected from the list.
Search and Filter
Tags and descriptions are taken into account in the free text search in the gallery. Category, classification, and language are available as filters.
