Content Manager — Overview
The PPPTools Content Manager enables saving, managing, and reusing PowerPoint content in three categories.
Content Types
| Type | Description |

| Snippets | Individual PowerPoint shapes or groups — diagrams, icons, text blocks, images |
| Slides | Complete slides from a presentation |
| Storylines | Ordered collections of slides — a complete presentation structure |
Tab Bar
The Content Manager has five tabs:

| ≡ | Drop-down menu for Settings and Admin (Admin only visible when admin mode is active) |
The ≡ button is highlighted orange when Settings or Admin is active. A checkmark in the menu indicates the currently active view.
Two Views per Type
Each content type has two areas:
- Gallery — Visual browsing with search, filter, and direct insertion into the active presentation
- Manage — Edit metadata, organize content, publish
Private vs. Public
PPPTools distinguishes two sources:
- Private — Your own content, only visible locally
- Public — Approved content from the shared library, available to all users (after admin approval)
Public content is synchronized automatically when the Task Pane is opened.
