Statistics
The Statistics tab shows your agenda's key figures at a glance — structure, duration and slide counts. Everything is computed live from the current model and the deck; nothing is stored. If you run several agenda scopes in one deck, you first get a presentation total across all agendas, and below it, per scope, the key figures with a per-item breakdown.

Statistics are part of the Agenda Master and, like it, are available from the Pro license tier.

Display only — always current
Statistics never change your presentation. They read the current state and present it:
- Structure, duration and time slots come from your agenda items (exactly as they are computed for the table of contents and the divider slides).
- Slide counts come from the deck — per item its divider slide plus the content slides inserted behind it up to the next divider.
The figures are recalculated automatically when you open the tab and after every change to the items. ⟳ Refresh forces a fresh calculation at any time — handy when you've added or deleted slides in the deck in the meantime.
Slide count right at the item
The Agenda items tab now also shows a small key-figure line (duration and slide count) directly at each item. It updates as you type and after every ✨ Generate / ⟳ Refresh — so you keep scope and time per item in view without switching to the statistics.
Presentation total (with several agendas)
If you have more than one agenda scope, the presentation total sits at the top — the sum across all agendas in the deck:

With just one agenda the total band is omitted — you see its table directly.
Key figures and table per agenda
Each agenda has a key-figure header (duration, main, sub, ToC, dividers, content slides, front matter, Σ slides) and a table below it. With several agendas each one is a collapsible card; the currently active agenda is open and marked "(active)".
The table is hierarchical — main items with their sub-items:

| Content sl. | Just the content slides (without dividers) — for main items summed over the whole section. |

Above the agenda items there are — when present — two extra rows, so that every slide in the deck belongs to exactly one row and the totals add up cleanly:
- Before the agenda: the front-matter slides that sit before this scope's first agenda slide (e.g. a title slide).
- Table of contents: the ToC itself plus the content slides inserted directly behind it — still before the first divider. If the ToC is split across several slides, all ToC slides are counted.
At the bottom a totals row sums up the agenda (duration, sub-items, content slides, Σ slides).
Hidden items
Items you've set to "do not show" appear greyed out with a "(hidden)" note. They count neither toward the duration nor toward the visible main/sub-items, but they are counted in the bracket so you don't overlook them.
No slides generated yet?
As long as you haven't built the agenda into the deck with ✨ Generate, there are no slide counts — the slide columns then show "–". Structure, duration and time slots are already available regardless.
What the statistics are good for
Time budget and scope at a glance
- Scheduling: Total duration and time slots show immediately whether your agenda fits the planned window.
- Scope per topic: The per-item slide counts reveal which topics get a lot of room and which stay brief.
- Multi-part events: With several scopes you compare morning and afternoon directly via the presentation total.
