Storyline Gallery
Storylines are ordered collections of slides — a complete presentation structure that can be inserted at the click of a button.
Choosing a View

Inserting a Storyline
A click selects the storyline, the Insert button brings all contained slides into the active presentation; a double-click on the entry does the same in one step — in all five views (Tiles, Table, List + image, By category, Tree). PPPTools automatically sets the configured section name in the presentation.
Warning
Inserting a storyline can add many slides. Make sure you are at the right position in the presentation.
Preview
The gallery shows a horizontal slide strip with preview images of all slides contained in the storyline.
Relationship to Slides
A storyline references existing slides — it does not store the slides again. If a referenced slide is deleted, a placeholder appears in the preview.
Online Storylines
In online mode (🌐), the storyline gallery also shows public storylines from the online library. These are loaded as a self-contained package — on insertion, all slides are added while preserving their design, without the individual slides needing to be present locally.
