Translate
This page sets which service translates your slides and what the result should look like.
Accessing
PPPTools ribbon → "About" group → Settings → Services → Translate
The 🔑 Manage API keys in Settings link in the Translate window also leads here.
Options
| Switch | Effect |
|---|---|
| Create a copy (keep originals) | the translation is made on a copy, the source slide stays untouched |
| Insert language flag top right | places a small flag of the target language on the translated slide |
Translation engine
The drop-down lists every service that has an API key on file. If it says — No engine selected — and the list stays empty, a key is still missing.

Where a key exists, the page confirms it with ✓ API key stored.
Text Manager
Allow automatic translation on save lets the Text Manager create the language variants right when a text is saved.
Charged per character
The content is sent to the service selected above and billed per character. The switch can only be set once an engine with a stored key is selected above.
Save settings applies everything on this page.
