Divider slides
Divider slides (section slides) announce each main item with a slide of its own — handy for visibly structuring a longer meeting. The Agenda Master creates them together with the table of contents in a single pass.
Turn dividers on or off
On the Layout tab, the "Create divider slides" checkbox controls whether dividers are created at all. When off, the Agenda Master creates only the table of contents.
When on, ✨ Generate creates a divider slide with its number and title before each main item.
Which fields appear on the divider
Besides number and title, a divider slide can show further meta fields — duration, owner, time slot or a custom field. Which of them appear is controlled in the Divider fields group on the Layout tab: per field Template (as defined in the format template), Always on or Always off. So the divider can show different fields than the table of contents.
The divider's title (main and optional subtitle) is defined centrally under Title management — there with placeholders such as [[NR]], [[THEMA]] or header data like [[PROJECT]].
Progress indicator
Divider slides show where in the agenda you are — the current item is highlighted, the rest recede. So on every divider slide the audience sees what has been covered and what is still to come.
You decide the look
How a divider slide looks in detail — font, colors, decorative elements — you define via a format template. There you design a sample divider slide once by hand, and every generated divider slide adopts that look. Using named divider variants you can even assign different divider looks to individual items.
Jump back from the divider
On request PPPTools adds a back link to every divider slide, returning to the table of contents (or to the associated divider slide). You enable this in the Hyperlinks & navigation group on the Configuration tab.
Change the order later
If you move divider slides or main items by hand later, ⟳ Refresh brings numbers, titles and progress back in sync without rebuilding the slides. Details under Refresh & Import.
