Publish Flow
Content can be approved for all users after an admin review. This process runs in three steps.
Step 1 — Prepare Content
Open the desired content in the Manage tab (Snippets, Slides, or Storylines).
Make sure all required fields are filled in — otherwise publishing will be blocked.
Then click ↑ Publish.
Note
The content must be saved before it can be published. Unsaved changes will not be submitted.
Step 2 — Admin Review
After clicking ↑ Publish, the status changes to Waiting for Admin Approval.
The administrator sees the content in the Admin Tab → Approvals and can:
- Approve — content is moved to the public library
- Reject — content is declined (with optional comment)
Step 3 — Notification
After the decision, a banner appears the next time the Task Pane is opened:
| Result | Banner |
|---|---|
| Approved/Published | Green banner — content is now public |
| Rejected | Yellow banner — content can be revised and resubmitted |
For rejections, the Manage tab also shows the reason below the Publish button:
✗ Rejected — can be published again
Reason: [admin's rejection reason, if provided]

| Status | Meaning |
