Presets & sample deck

The Preset tab saves and loads whole agendas — items, layout and configuration — under a name. This lets you set up recurring agendas once and recall them later with a click. In addition, 🚀 Generate sample deck builds a complete example in one step, including content slides — ideal for trying things out.

Pro feature

The Preset tab is part of the Agenda Master and, like it, is available from the Pro license tier.

What a preset contains

A preset is a snapshot of the whole model:

  • the agenda items (optional — see "with items"),
  • the complete layout (columns, order, divider fields, ToC style),
  • the complete configuration (duration mode, numbering, section management, hyperlinks, title management).

There are built-in presets (e.g. the sample) and own presets you save yourself. Built-in presets can be loaded but not renamed or deleted.

Using presets

Control Effect
Selection list All presets — built-in first, own ones marked "(own)". A short description appears below.
Load Applies the selected preset to the panel. Then, as usual, ✨ Generate. A preset without items leaves existing items in place (a pure layout/configuration preset).
Rename Renames an own preset to the name in the field below.
Delete Removes an own preset. Built-in ones remain.
Name + Save Stores the current agenda as an own preset under the entered name. If the name already exists, the preset is overwritten.
Description (optional) Free text shown under the selection list for an own preset. Leave empty for an automatic default text ("Own preset (with items)" or "(layout/config only)").
with items (save agenda items too) On: the items are saved too. Off: a pure layout/configuration preset — existing items stay in place when loading.

Confirmation when loading

If the selected preset carries its own items and the panel already holds agenda items, a confirmation prompt appears before Load (Yes/No, defaulting to "No") — because the existing items would be replaced. A preset without items leaves your items in place and does not prompt.

Set the layout once, reuse it everywhere

Save a preset without items when you only want to reuse the look and configuration. That way you carry your standard layout over to a new agenda without dragging along foreign items.

🚀 Generate sample deck

The 🚀 Generate sample deck button takes the built-in sample preset and immediately builds a complete deck: table of contents, divider slides and sample content slides behind each item. It's the fastest way to get to know the Agenda Master with real slides — and a clean starting point you can rebuild freely afterwards.

Behind each divider slide, a few sample content slides are created with realistic content: rotating sub-topics (Starting point, Key points, Facts & figures, Discussion, Next steps) with matching bullet points. That way the generated deck looks like a real, structured presentation rather than an empty skeleton.

Confirmation before generating

Because the sample deck replaces the current agenda in the panel and inserts new slides into the presentation, a confirmation prompt appears first (Yes/No, defaulting to "No"). Nothing changes until you click Yes — so you can't accidentally overwrite an agenda you've already entered.

Restore the sample agenda

Even if you once deleted the sample agenda, it can be regenerated here at any time — the sample preset ships built in.

Sample material only

The sample content slides carry no agenda marker. They are left untouched on refresh, and you can safely delete them or overwrite them with your own content.
