Snippet Gallery
The gallery displays all available snippets — your own (Private) and shared (Public) — as visual cards.
Choosing a View

| All (flat) | All snippets without grouping in a single list |
| By Category | Snippets grouped by category, with section headings |
The view automatically switches to By Category when the Category and Name sort option is selected.
Sorting
| Option | Description |

| Name (A→Z) | Alphabetically ascending |
| Frequency | Most used first |
| Last used | Most recently inserted first |
| Created (new→old) | Newest snippets first |
| Category and Name | Alphabetically by category, then name |
Searching and Filtering
- Search field — Free text search in name and description
- Classification — Filter by Internal / Public etc.
- Language — Filter by content language
Inserting a Snippet
A click selects the snippet, the Insert button places it at the current position in the active presentation. A double-click on the entry is faster — it inserts straight away, in all five views (Tiles, Table, List + image, By category, Tree).
Note
A presentation must be open and a slide must be active for the insertion to work.
Private vs. Public
- Private — only visible to you, orange indicator
- Public — approved by administrator, available to all users
