Creates customizable PostIt shapes directly from the Task Pane. Unlike the Ribbon PostIt, color and size can be set here before inserting.

Accessing

PPPTools → Open Task Pane → Shapes & Content → PostIt Shapes

Variants

Icon	Type	Description
	PostIt	Classic sticky note style in the selected color
	Classic	Traditional yellow PostIt style
	ToDo	Task note with a visually highlighted marker

Inserting

1. Select the type
2. Choose the desired color (for supported variants)
3. Click Insert
4. The PostIt shape appears on the slide

PostIt shapes are regular PowerPoint shapes — they can be labeled by double-clicking, scaled freely, and formatted with all standard formatting options.
