Administration: Team Defaults
This is where the administrator sets defaults that apply to everyone using the same network path: whether usage data is collected — and which 16 colours are available as the corporate palette.
Accessing
PPPTools ribbon → "About" group → Settings → Administration → Team Defaults
Telemetry
Sets usage-data collection for everyone using this network path.
| Policy | Effect for the user |
|---|---|
| No policy – everyone decides for themselves | the checkbox on the General page stays operable |
| Always on – cannot be switched off | checkbox on and locked |
| Always off – cannot be switched on | checkbox off and locked |
Where a policy is set, the user sees a note saying the administrator decided.
Save publishes the policy to the share.

Custom Colors
16 colours for the colour picker in parameterized Snippets. They are distributed to all users automatically during sync and appear there on the Colours page.
- Clicking a swatch opens the colour picker.
- Reset restores the starting palette — that is not saved yet.
- Save writes the palette to the share and publishes it.
