Settings
All PPPTools settings live in a single task pane. A navigation rail on the left lists every page, the selected page fills the area on the right. A search box at the top lets you find a setting by keyword instead of clicking through the groups.
Accessing
PPPTools ribbon → "About" group → Settings
Some tools jump straight to the matching page: About opens About & Version, and the key link in the Translate window opens Translate.

Administration
The three administration pages only appear while admin mode is active. Without a configured network path the group stays empty.
Search instead of click
Type a keyword into the search box at the top — the rail then shows only the pages that match. The search covers the page name and stored keywords, so "language", "PIN", "backup", "DeepL" or "history" take you straight there. Several words work together (all of them must match).
The arrow ↗
An entry with an arrow on the right is not a page but a signpost: it leads out of Settings. Clicking it leaves Settings untouched and opens the target — come back and you are on the same page as before.
Today there is exactly one: Value lists in the Library group. Value lists live in the Content Manager because they describe the library, not the program — but people look for them in Settings. Instead of a second route to the same thing, there is now a signpost.
