Required Fields for Publishing
Before content can be published, certain metadata must be fully filled in. If fields are missing, a message appears listing exactly which ones.

Fields in Detail
Name : Identifier of the content (unique within a category — the same name may be used in different categories). Displayed in the gallery and in search results.
Category : Thematic assignment (e.g. Marketing, Finance). Enables the group view in the gallery.
Classification : Indicates which audience the content is suitable for (e.g. Internal, Public).
Description : Brief explanation of the content and its purpose. Helps other users assess its relevance.
Language : Primary language of the content (e.g. German, English). Enables language filtering.
Author (Slide + Storyline) : Name of the person who created the content.
Section Name (Storyline only) : The PowerPoint section name that is automatically set when the storyline is inserted.
Tip
Fields can be filled in at any time in the Manage tab. Publishing is immediately possible after saving.
